White Goat is a beautiful and tender and respected animal in the Arabian Peninsula. And there are reasons for this. First of all it is a very tasty animal to eat in festivities and the people of this land tender it very carefully, it is called Mendi and only the people of the region knows its value. Therefore it has become a tradition to eat this Mendi during special occasions.

And Mendi has a special diet. For it relish eating grass. Not only this but also Mendi's by-product is also very tasty. For its milk and its yoghurt once changed to a drink, has a special taste. It should be remembered here that the white cheese coming from the white goat is exception.
