This word is a caring word. For to depend on something or somebody is to leave one's destiny upon such a person. At a given period of history dependency was used as a political jargon. Such a word does not have certain possession. In a direct term it does mean colonialism. But it does have its humanistic meaning. In a sense it does imply that somebody is in desperate need for guidance. Yet this guidance must be attached to love. For there is a price for everything.
