The term "Foreigner" is a strange term; simply everybody is a foreigner on this globe. And being as such one can be a foreigner in his own stated land. But then foreign labour by itself is stranger than the label for labour in this sense is very obscure at best here. And because of this fact both foreign and labour have no definition for itself. Simply because if both foreign and labour are abstract terms then the conclusion should be abstract also. Only labour at the same time foreign labour at best here is mingled with other facts that touch upon a human existence as such and this matter should be taken in totality here.

The case of Lebanon here is rather complicated simply because of the human make-up of the human population here. Therefore the population of Lebanon here does yield to different kind of laws. Furthermore there is a clear reason why the population of Lebanon as such should be proud of the make up of Lebanese traditions in historical terms. And because of the civil wars whereby had Lebanon witnessed many civil wars in its existence. There appeared different kind of population of Lebanon as such where it became natural that the next state whereby the next state to it of Syria had brought its population from Syria to live in Lebanon as such there by the population of Lebanon had changed drastically as such. In a sense the local inhabitant of Lebanon became a minority here.
