This word is hard to comprehend because it is messy. Simply because it does not have neither an end nor a starting departure. In politics, one it is noted then there is an indication that a human revolution is in process. Therefore it is very comprehensive that human condition is very unstable. It is a direct indication that something has gone astray. More precisely here it is an indication that the given political system is dysfunctional. It is a matter that a human mind seizes to function. But there is total chaos here.
