This word is basically concerned with romantism. There is an international song bearing even the word Lean. It is concerned with the verb lean as being the most tender and loving heart. But it will not be used for not accepted, not comfortable aspects of human leaning. For example here one will not be able to say that to lean on the table. Yet one is comfortable with the word lean by saying that she leaned on his heart. It can also be used for abstract dimension of human heart and love. For example one can say that she leans on her lover's heart.
