Such a word could be used in human being like almost in everything. In a direct sense this word does not carry with it any sort of contradiction for once it is put in a descriptive fashion then it will have a remarkable emphasis for example one can say that a poor person put his life as a liability. In this sense a liability has no boundary. For it does apply to a rich person as well as a poor person.

Liable could be used to attest some kind of truth or false judgment. Moreover liability is used in financial dealings. And this could imply everything in life as such. This verb by itself is a liability.
