Mona
is a young beautiful Palestinian émigré to Ecuador
in Latin America. She came from the Middle East with her family
to live in Ecuador. But the same time she loved U.S.A and
she wanted to continue her studies in San Francisco. And for
that matter she enrolled at the only junior college in the
city of San Mateo to continue her studies, which she loved
very much. She was a young beautiful lady with intelligent
mind and for that matter she was a very shy person and talked
very little. And her life continued educationally in San Mateo
by intermingling with different nationalities who came to
the U.S.A where freedom was the best things one can possess.
And she met a strange student who came from the Arabian Peninsula.
He too was very shy. But he had different approaches to study
at the U.S.A where freedom was at the grasp of everybody who
lived there. Mona's love was very silent for this matter.
She adored Arabs from different kind of the globe who came
to practice their freedom, which they could not have in their
own places. And this strange person above all was talking
very vehemently about in the Palestinian cause but then it
was only talk and no actions whatsoever. She loved to meet
strange person and meeting in solitude about what she had
meant in her young life.
And
in the college of hers there was something called International
Club of which the strange student from the Arabian Peninsula
was the President and the Vice President of the club came
from Latin America. There were many discussions at the club
and of which the voice of the people on Earth was very strong
under any circumstances. And this president of the club encouraged
the trend vehemently. She was very happy to his ideas and
she loved it but it was only a love of the mind and nothing
else. But then she was a shy person and kept her emotional
thoughts for herself and nobody else. She loved her student
life beyond any recognition and she continued to go at the
gathering of young students to hear different kinds of thoughts.
Her silent love kept going by days until she heard about this
strange person the President of the International Club being
married and having a child. But as she came in silence accompanied
with her silent love she left the college of hers in silence.
But she was sure of her quiet love and decided to live in
memories of what had gathered.
