Literature normally viewed is a parameter of a social change in any society. And this literature is be filled with symbolism. This trend of multiple cases of different reflections of whatever is prevailing in a society does give the population of any society a given reason for riding the trend of change under all of the given conditions that are conducive to change after all that has been uttered in silence. However this silent trend in the society is equivalent to a silent revolution, and here there is no contradiction involved here. Najib Mahfuz writings of novels carried with it this kind of trend through out all of his novels here. One here must be careful to make a point in the age of what Egypt was undergoing through its history namely before 1950 and upwards here. Najib Mahfuz has kept his trend of silent change of revolution in the Egyptian society without paying attention to those who are no more than a passing cloud in the sky. Of all his writings Najib Mahfuz noted this creeping silent revolution. In the novel of his called "A Nose and Three Eyes" which is a direct translation of the word of this novel. It basically deals with the human contact between the two sexes while breaking all the rules dictated by the society at large. In this particular novel Najib Mahfuz did his best to soften human relation at the best he could do here. But Najib Mahfuz left the conclusion wide open for the readers to be filled with imaginations wide open here. But here Najib Mahfuz presence remained forever here.
