After the rain has subsided then the earth will flourish with the clouds. It is supposed to be the time for harvest. In this period the human mind is supposed to flourish also. So does a human heart. Even the human heart does flourish also. Yet to reach such a stage in human understanding does uplift the status of human existence to a better and rewarding stage. There are certain geographical parts of the globe that refer to a certain period of the year to be called the Rainy season. This is noted in Asia. This rainy season is appropriate to unleash war. It was obvious as far as Vietnam is concerned.
