This particular word is a more famous word in the world. It is very famous because human beings are in need for it. It is as such because no other word can take its place. Rest is a word that is required to relieve a person from agony.

Rest is an independent word. It does mean that it could be used for almost everything, for example one can say that a given mind is in need for a rest. It could be used for the heart, for example here one can say that the heart does need a rest. But yet one can say that a restful mind is a productive mind.
