Rocky refers to a human period of instability. The word itself does comes from the word ROCK, meaning strength. This strength is manifested in physical appearance and mental judgment. Once it does turn to be a description for a human being then it does have a different person in essence such a person is a fantasy. Yet it is very important for a person to daydream.
