This is one of the qualities of a wise person. To be thrifty has to do with the economic status of a given person. A human wisdom is a necessity in human existence. Therefore it is very significant here for a person not to harm anybody while such a person is thrifty. Avoidance of harm is also the quality of a wise man. It should be noted here that all these qualities come in one bundle. But coming close to the human state of being wise thriftiness that does come with age. Maturity here and wisdom of both merry together in a normal conclusion.
